Bedbugs Everywhere - A polished turd

There are bedbugs everywhere. Management completes a spray and expects it to be eradicated; guess what! It isn’t. Tenant next door has a huge infestation to the point where people in hazmat suits enter his unit. We have to get rid of everything before moving out to avoid risking our new house. Management knew there was a bedbug problem before we signed a lease and they did not inform us of the problem until after we signed the lease and paid rent.
