DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

This place is disgusting. When I came to the place to move in, it was filthy. I had to clean the dust and wood shavings. The kitchen was falling apart my bathroom falling apart. the basement of this building is utterly disgusting. Lots of roaches in this building. I also recommend installing a camera so when they decided to open youre door illegally you have proof to sue the fuck outta these people. Very sneaky superintendent may I add. I was told from someone who lived in the building int he past and his advice was to RUN but if you couldn't for any reason. GET A CAMERA AND A SAFE for youre unit. These ppl are very sneaky and probably have stood outside your door and listened to see if you were home then probably enter your apartment. Dont worry they will check the lot to see if youre car is there first.
