COCKROACHES

Literally the most disgusting place I have ever lived. This used to be such a lovely building - clean, good neighbours. Over the past couple of years, Greenwin has let this place go to pieces. COCKROACH INFESTATION. Poor management from both the site manager who let tenants know that cockroaches in the home are "normal". Greenwin's greed has no end and their management is lazy (both onsite and at head office) and unequipped to manage anything. This building is infested with roaches but Greenwin refuses to spray pest control the building, they will only treat an apartment if the tenant complains, which no one does because they have gotten used to no response from management. Spare yourself the pain and do not move to this building - good, long-term, clean tenants are moving out and this building now rents to a lower grade of tenants - this building will become unlivable soon for the average professional.
