Keeping this report short, I moved out of this unit because being on the ground floor with a view of a parking lot from my cracked bedroom window was not worth the 1200/mo + ~250/mo hydro cost. The owner of the building is a decent human being, as long as his revenue is not being affected. Once it is, expect threats, outbursts, insults and a descent into the depths of the worst character traits.
Some of the rental units to as high as $3000/mo but for the you can rent a full house anywhere else in the city, including Orleans.
