When the cold weather hit, the heat didn't maintain above 15 Celsius. Despite numerous calls to Minto and several complaints to the landlord and Tennant board, as well as 2 inspections from them, this was not resolved and they finally allowed me to terminate my lease early. I moved and the problem has still not been resolved.
