This report is specific to unit 102 in this building
I lived here for about 18 months.

CONS
1. Was told a 2 bedroom apartment was $1375 when I moved in, they didn't have any available so I opted for a 1 bedroom ground floor unit. When one did become available, the price shot up to $1750.
2. The building was going through major repairs, all the time, without warning, the noise was so loud I couldn't hear myself talk, I have plenty of recordings of this. I'll post them when the file attachment functionality is complete.
3. They failed to mention that I'd be living directly next to the buildings garbage compressor, which, without fail, woke me up about 150 times. It was broken when I moved in.
4. They allowed a motorcycle to park on the garage ramp, which just so happened to be directly below my unit, causing a mini earthquake any time the owner felt like he needed to warm it up.
5. The whole building is concrete, no carpeting anywhere, if a tenant slides a chair 3 floors up, you'll hear it like it's happening next to you.
6. I'm still waiting for the interest check on my deposit. I've been waiting since May 2016.
7. The laundry costs 4 dollars per load.
8. The parking garage is very dated.
9. Storage is very insecure, anyone could pry the cheap wooden doors apart, superintendent admits that it floods at least once per year.
10. A list of problems I noted when I moved in were never addressed.
11. Cigarette smoke from the garage was seeping in through my bathroom cupboard, I was able to stop it with duct tape. gross.

PROS
1. Building is clean
2. Neighbors were really nice.
3. Great Location
4. Underground Parking
