Apollo Management limited does not care for families

After 3 months living in our apartment with our NEW BORN BABY; cockroaches started appearing. The exterminator said our unit and ourselves were not responsible, that they came from another unit below. 9 months passed and 5 letters of demand for action were sent. Finally after using "Ministry of Health" in one last letter did the landlord order 1) full treatment and 2) hotel cost covered for being displaced for 48 hours. Due to mismanagement and miscommunication on the landlord and exterminator part, a partial treatment was done that the landlord tried to have us cover in the costs. Another letter sent and this time cosign by a paralegal and Co. Landlord gave us all money owned, final month's rent back and never called to ask how the treatment went. Do not live in any properties managed by APOLLO MANAGEMENT LIMITED owner or runs.
