Horrible Management, Superintendant bullies the tenants, do NOT live here

The management of this building is the worst I have ever seen. I have been waiting on repairs for the entire time I have lived here, almost 2 years and received no response from the superintendant or the landlords. All communication from the landlords or superintendent is via papers left at the door. Very unreliable as these papers can be knocked of the door handle, or lost. The management installed gates at the front door and parking lot with the buzzer inside the gate, making it next to impossible to receive any deliveries.
The superintendant came to my door and instructed my roommate to wake me up so that he could proceed to yell at me over a poorly installed gate. Gates were installed in the parking lot with no notice and no instructions on how to operate, leaving me stuck in the parking lot. The gate was previously operated manually as it was not connected to any sort of hinge or arm, and the gate was to be moved manually when closed. This time the gate was closed and the remote would not work, I tried to move the gate to see if it was locked or not and the gate fell off the hinges. The superintendent, Nabil, came to my unit and proceeded to harass me and yell at me saying that I did this intentionally and stated that he would be pressing charges for vandalism, when there was no premise for vandalism. Nabil is trying to implicate me in a poorly installed gate. The gate was fixed “again” according to Nabil that morning, showing that this gate has broken repeatedly.
I am scared to live in my own apartment now because of Nabil’s harassment. I do not know if he will come back to my apartment out of anger and harm me, my roommates, or my pets. I do not know if this man will cause damage to my car. I feel extremely unsafe in this apartment building.
