Terrible Private land lord.

Expensive for what you get. Private rental, Land lord does not paint or maintain his unit and when you move out he tells you when and what you are going to do to show his condo in order to accommodate his life since he lives outside of city, he just expects you do to do it and does not ask. Land lord also does not respond to any correspondence in a timely manner including notice of moving. Will not stay on top of giving you new lease. Land lord owns four units in building.
Building shares parking lot with retirement home and has a lot of noise, a lot of through traffic due to connecting to another side street. When dealing with management of condo building for dog owners allowing pets to urinate in parking garage they also are not friendly or helpful. There are a lot of rental units in this building and have constant flow of new residents going in and out. Building was great when we first moved in but has since gone downhill and feels less safe.
