Nightmare management

I do not recommend living here. I have lived in this building for 10 years without issue before the new landlord Sam Falsetto and superintendent Nabil Jama took over. Nabil changed locks without giving me keys and bullied, coerced and lied to me. I had to go through a long LTB process to get my money back, and in the hearing, he accused me of saying the N-word to him - a blatant lie. I learned a lesson that even LTB hearings can get terribly vexatious, and I don’t wish this on anyone. I sincerely hope no one ever has to deal with this building’s current management. I hope I can save even one person from this nightmare ordeal. I recommend you know all your rights, record all calls, keep all communications, and retain a lawyer if you have to deal with any issues in tenancy here. While it’s not all bad, if you expect a safe and smooth living environment with experienced, kind management that are not overstretched, I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
