Stay away can't be said enough about this building and its owners.
The rental company and its lot of crooks do half-assed work at a snails pace - and will continually try to find loopholes in a contract whenever you request things be fixed. As a century building hydro was $300+ in the winter albeit being described as $75/month all year around.
They say they do 'security checks' but took our money immediately and just signed everything.
Dishonesty is their game and it shows. It's a shame too because the building itself has potential. We worked with the space and it was fine as students but dealing with our landlord was the fucking worst. I've lived in a lot of apartments and had different landlords and they're by far the worst.
