Great building with a great view

Moved in 2 years ago, and very happy with experience. Quiet building with 5 units per floor. Friendly neighbour tenants, when I occasionally run into them. Location is short walk/drive away from everything important, though the immediate surrounding area is very quiet on evenings/weekends. Sushi restaurant on the first floor (a little pricey for the quality, but good for "I don't want to cook" nights). No gym in building, but great one with a pool across the street. Parking garage is clean and secure, though the turning radius is quite narrow (a little tough for those with larger vehicles). Large clean/secure storage lockers, and a well-equipped party room. Have and will recommend this building to anyone looking for a quality living space for a reasonable price.
