Great Location and sleek looking lobby but nothing more than that.
-Building doesn't do well with heat so the place becomes a sauna if you live in higher units during the summer so try to live in units that are on floor 3-5. Otherwise, A/C will be a must.
-Building manager is seen in front of building smoking all the time and generally in bad mood.
-Work order is finished with delay, so keep spamming them until the building manager gets in contact. Unfriendly and unwilling to help when in need.
-Obvious you should not be late in monthly rent, but if you do once, York Towers will send for court notice in 2-3 weeks, and then you'll pay a fee to cancel it.
-Pre-authorized Debit (PAD) failed multiple times which have led to the point above.
-Still have not paid back my deposit after 2 month of moving out.
