This is a cheap place to live. The company that takes care of the place brought it up to fire code while we were living there after a fire at a similar complex in Ottawa. However, half the units in building 25 have basements that flood on a regular basis and nothing was done about that. The electrical is sketchy - use power bars for everything and put stuff up on blocks in the basement, because it will flood eventually.
