Minto - Skyline

We have lived here almost 3 years now and have loved it. The neighborhood is mostly quiet (a few parties here and there, but mainly young adults who are quite respectful) with tons of amazing neighbors. We have met many lifelong friends here. Units are pet friendly and owners are extremely kind in regards to that. There is a small dog park just installed this summer that is awesome and rarely super busy. The pool is great in the summer, and is never busy.

Unit is definitely showing its age now, but Minto has started repairs in the last 2 years. I know a ton of people will have complaints about Minto, but we have never had any large issue and any small issues we've had are fixed by them quite quickly, you just need to ensure you follow-up. We've paid our rent on time which I think is a base of a lot of peoples issue with the company.

We had a unit with a backyard so that was also awesome, I wouldn't have wanted one of the upper units. The only downfall to a lower unit is noise from the stairwells when people don't realize they're walking heavily up the stairs or when people move in. Other than that I would highly recommend this area!
