Lived here w/ my girlfriend for 1 year while i finished my studies at Ottawa U. Not a bad place. Never saw any bugs. People in the office were not the friendliest, but they did their job. Never needed repairs or anything so i can't comment on that.
For a cheap place to live near ottawa U, it did the trick. Other tenants usually students/young professionals.. never had a problem with any noise.
