I've lived in 3 apartments in Ottawa and this one was by far the best.
-Free, surprisingly well equipped gym (they had just upgraded it when i left, everything was brand new.)
-Awesome management team! I don't remember the guys name but he was the best. Welcomed us in on our first day, always smiling to us and really took pride in his job. Repairs were handled within 24 hours.
-We had some issues with a loud upstairs neighbour that would stomp his feet around at like 2AM. They have a whole hotline for security/noise complaints and within 10 minutes we had someone come into our unit to observe the noise. Once confirmed he was able to go knock on the neighbors door and issue a written complaint. This helped for a bit but then that started again. Anyways they tried their best.
-Inside the unit it looked brand new, all the appliances worked great.
