Rented 1 bedroom in this building for 18 months. Large. Old but bathroom and kitchen had been updated.
The location is not great if you don't have a car, but if you do it is fantastic. The super of the complex is a little slow to deal with issues but very friendly. The place is a pretty generic set of one and two bedrooms. Only downside is you don't control the heat. This means, because of the units are either north or south facing that in winter you are either freezing (north side) or boiling (south side).
