Building itself is quiet - I've not once heard any parties or anything on any floor.
AMENITIES:
There are 2 washers and 2 dryers on the top floor which for a building that has 20 units I have not once had to wait for a machine to clear up. 2$ to wahs 2$ to dry very reasonable.
PARKING:
It's $50.00 more for parking - be warned if you have an SUV it is a VERY TIGHT squeeze. as you need to park beside someone else. Forget leaving room to unlock/load your car as theres barely room to even open your door
LANDLORDS:
Josseline has been an absolute doll. and is definitely a looker! easily reachable
INTERNET:
Don't sign up to Bell as the building can only get 15MB even tho it advertises 25MB. Any cable provider/reseller will be able to give you faster
RANDOM STUFF :
Renovated Kitchens, Dishwashers in all units. and Electric heat which can be expensive as the windows are VERY DRAFTY. Don't expect to retain a lot off heat
NEIGHBORHOOD:
Overlooking Merivale it is VEERY LOUD due to all the traffic at all hours of the day.. there are prostitutes at all hours of the day walking by and warm summer nights you'll have them yelling and laughing at all hours of the night.
