I Moved here in the winter of 2008, I saved a few hundred per month off of rent because they lower the prices in the winter at the time. I really liked this unit, it was brand new carpet, great view on the 10th floor, lots of living space. 2 bathrooms.
It had an indoor pool that's accessible through a tunnel in the basement, a sauna, vending machines and more. The parking was semi-indoor and outdoor.
The neighborhood was a little sketchy but I never had any issues, there was one time a really sketchy guy was just standing and staring at my girlfriend in the parking lot, didn't move or speak when confronted. No real issues to report though.
Would live here again, the building was abnormally quiet, probably because of all the carpeting.
