The apartment is nice, but it feels overpriced for the money.
The furnishings are all nice looking, but built cheap. The hardwood is vinyl flooring over concrete, the chrome bathroom fixtures are often plastic underneath. It's not bad, but it looks more expensive/impressive than it actually is.
No pool/gym/door person/security guard/common room.
While building maintenance is done regularly some features like the laundry machines are contracted out and break regularly.
Heating in the winter is overkill and centrally controlled so you can't turn it down.
Neighborhood is quite nice and near ish to schools, daycare, and the subway.
Overall this isn't a bad apartment but it is expensive and the value could be better, especially since Greenwin has several other properties that rent out at the same rate but with many more amenities.
