We rented this place on August 1st, 2016 and the rental agreement said heat and AC were included. In October (we still haven't received a hydro bill), we got a cheque ($30) saying they overcharged units for AC and this was to settle that. We thought we were accidentally charged. November we received our hydro bill for August 1-16th, and it was 455kwH, $90 (half a month!)
The billing cycle is 3 months behind, so now we had no chance to limit our consumption, so our next 3 bills are going to be astronomical! They knew this when we signed out lease in July, and didn't say anything.
