It's actually not that bad

Management is actually great here. One phone call and they are either there that day, or the following to fix or help with whatever is needed. The property is always clean. The parking situation sucks, with no visitor parking, but with BK and local streets close, you can make due. The neighbours don't seem bad, and I've never felt unsafe to walk around. It's close to literally everything, and that is the good and the bad. Merivale is a parking lot and you're right beside it. Getting to Maitland is a pain so exiting the parking lot also sucks. The parking lot is also hard to find for delivery or Ubers. Overall it's a great place to live while you're saving for your own home.
